Morning!
Is there any way to see sheet usage in an app?
i have an application consisting of various dashboards (sheets) - the app is getting quite heavy and slow - so i'd like to remove any objects /sheets that aren't being used by the users.
i have the governance dashboard but that doesn't appear to do what i need?
is there any way in the QMC?
cheers all
Qlik
11.2 SR12
2.0 bought in a lot of new stuff so probably worth an upgrade?

Did you check this?
Document Analyzer V2 -- a major update
Through this application, you can check which fields/tables are being used or not used. Using this you can improve the performance.
yeah thanks - i have the Doc Analyser. That doesn't give you user stats though does it?
It only tells you which fields are being used by the app?
Okay, Did you try QV Governance Dashboard?
yep, that also doesn't seem to go to sheet detail?
I don't think so, these utility like QV analyzer provides you the view of tables/fields being used or not.
Not for sheets/objects. If you want to do so, then remove while development which is the only possibility looks to me.
I do not think so, any such tool or App exist, but would like to know if exist
Sheet is definitely in the data model as you can select it on sessions > user activity
The audit summary table at the bottom might give you want you need?

Adam,
is that the Governance dash? i cant see that in my version
It is indeed, I've customised it but I didn't think I had added anything like this.
Let me open it locally and check versions etc
Mine is 2.0.1 and I can't see anything fancy which is stopping it showing, as long as you've got audit log enabled....
