IE plugin not working?

Hello,

I have tried to set in QMC that users should by default use IE plugin, and i have enabled availability on the document to be only IE plugin.

But i get this message when trying to enter my document in accesspoint:

What am i missing? Is there something i need to enable?

Hi Thomas,

Uninstall your plugin once and install it once again. Sometimes it happens if IE plugin is not supporting your applications.
