Is it possible to update a personal server bookmark in QV 12

Hello!

Users are frequently asking me if they can update an existing bookmark in QV.  

Most users don't have a replace or update option, but I have a few users who do have this option available.  I imagine that it is tied to the navigater version.  Can anyone confirm please?  

Is there any way to activate this function for everyone?

For example one user has this bookmarks menu including an option to replace a bookmark, while most other don't (including myself) :

Hi,

The replace option is only available in IE Pugin or QlikView Desktop, but not for Ajax. Unfortunately, your picture seems to be broke and I cannot open it.

Umm, another question, if we aren't using the IE plugin, does that mean we are using Ajax ?

Basically, yes. There are some easy to notice visual clues in how the toolbars look - the IE Plugin client closely resembles QlikView Desktop, while the AJAX client has its own distinct toolbar. See the attached screen captures as examples.
