I just installed on QlikView 11 Load Server the QlikView Update 11.20 SR 6.
The installation went normally, but i have a problem. When I go to
QlikView Management Console -> System -> Licenses -> Client Access Licenses (CALs) -> Assigned CALs -> Manage Users -> Manual Input User Names, here type a user, then clik OK and is blocked, the pop-up window does nothing. Plse see the attached screen shot:
Any ideas on how to solve this ?
Yes, the domain and the user are needed, but that is not the problem.
Even if i open the Manage Users pop-up window, and I do nothing, and I simply click on Cancel button, the Manage Users window won't close, it stays like this forever.
To close it, I have to end the process from Task Manager
What version did you have installed previous?
You say pop up, what pop are you referring to?
If you look into Management service log, is there any errors stated?
I checked the logs from C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\Log and there are no errors.

I have not seen this issue and just tested my system and it works fine. I would contact support and let them help you.
Hi, i have the same kind of issue. LDAP is configured with user and password with rights to query LDAP and still the page to of user management to assign CAL's stays hanged.
Anyone has any idea please?

What is your DSC log saying?
The browser itself should not hang, irrelevant if it works or not, is this what your are experiencing?
