Issue with Reload Engine

Hi Experts,

I am facing some issue with the relaod engine i.e. getting an email on frequently that one of the application is getting failed on the server, but that particular application is disabled to run on the server.

Strange issue for me, did anyone had faced the same issue in the past?

Also, I am getting an email from the default address i.e. publisher@company.com for this particular app instead of the mail server email address.

Please let me know if anyone had already faced simiar kind of issue in the past.

Please post screenshots of the expanded QMC Tasks tree (or the relevant part thereof) and your email configuration in QMC->System->Setup->Mail Server->General.
