License assigned to a user by whom?

Hi All,

I know we can assign Named/document CAL's through QMC, but would like to know if their any way(i mean detail log files) through which we can find out who (admin name/ID) had provided access to which user, referring QMC logs?

I have found that Management service\Directory Service\Distribution service logs are available under C:\programdata\Qliktech\Followed by Service name, but didn't found the details i am searching for.

Can anyone help me getting the admin(name/id) who had provided Named/Document CAL to a user (for e.g. ABC)

Please let me know if nay information required from my side on the same.

Hi,

You can find it in the Event Logs of the Server (if it's enabled) under c:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer.

In addition to what Christian has said, you may want to increase the logging level of QlikView Server in QMC.
