Limit the availability of documents in Qlikview Access Point

Is it possible to not display documents in Qlikview Access Point but still have them available in Qlikview desktop?

Hi,

did you mean desktop - open in server? If so, I think it is not possible.

Otherwise you could save the report in a folder not accessible from the access point.

I'm not sure but I think It may be possible if you use two different Directory Services. For example one will be Windows Active dir and another be some other dir accessible by LDAP. then you can create a Task for the qvw having the distribution set to windows authenticated. So when somebody does a Open in Server option from their QlikView desktop they will see the document (as named users) however they cannot see the document on Access Point if you make your Access Point to follow the other directory service for login.
