N Printing reports not working

Hi all,

I am using Nprinting 16.3.0.0 SR3 to distribute my daily reports.

It was working fine till last week, but this week reports are not been distributed automatically.Every day i have to manually run all the schedules.

Nprinting service is running fine. Also I have a license Qlikview in the dedicated NPrinting server.

Did checked the logs but there is no such error displayed.

If possible upload screenshots of your tasks, Also check your Task --> Trigger --> END--> "Event Count" and "End Date".

Check the  screen shot of Logs and Server.

Hope this will help you to provide some solution.

Your distributing the report via mail or to an folder ??

Distributing via mail, but Not sharing the report on mail.We give folder path where the report gets stored.

Ok could you check the access for the folder once for the NPriting service account ?


use your NPrinting service account and login in to server and try accessing the folder this way you could check whether its has access for the folder or not

Its accessible.

Everything was running fine till last week..

Facing this problem from last few days.

Nothing has been changed or added.don't know all of a sudden what went wrong.

OK if its not access problem. Try to stop all your service and restart it again that should work
