I am facing no connection issues in QlikView access point after scheduled reload or manually reload of QVW file. Once the QV service is restarted the file is able to launch in a browser. Til then it is showing No connection as below screenshot.
Seeking your kind advice on above to fix the issue permanently. Thanks in advance.
Check the memory and cpu behaviour of your server right after such a reload. Any one exceeding expected top levels? For example, a CPU that moves towards 100% load can cause the QVS to drop connections.
BTW we can't fix an issue when we don't have the slightest idea about what causes it...
