Pérdida Licencia Usuario Administrador / Loss User Admin License

Buenos días, después de un reinicio no programado del servidor, al intentar acceder a qv.exe para modificar un .qvw con el usuario administrador, aparece el siguiente mensaje:

He intentado volver a acceder, reiniciar el servicio, loguearme nuevamente con el usuario, pero el resultado es el mismo, me vuelve a indicar que no puede obtener los datos de la licencia y que únicamente puedo entrar usando una licencia de préstamo:

Desde la Enterprise Management Console la información de licencia es correcta y es más, a los usuarios finales no les afecta, siguen funcionando las CAL.

¿Por qué no me reconoce la licencia de forma definitiva?

¿Puede estar corrupto el perfil de qv para el usuario administrador?

From the Enterprise Management Console, the license information is correct and indeed, end users are not affected, the CAL's still working.

Why not recognize me permanently?
