Hello all,we have the problem in Ajax, when trying to Select a Report in the toolbar,
that the message "PDF Printer not found" pops up.(Nothing else appears, just this error message (no Print Preview possibility, no Save possibility, no Print possibility))
This occurs when running Ajax on different users computers (for all users), and they do have a PDF installed and Microsoft XPS.
And, it worked fine just 2 weeks ago.....!!
("Nothing" has changed since then...)
What can be the reason and solution to this ?Thanks in advance !Michael ¤

I've had the same problem, un- an rechecking "Allow Server Reports" didn't solve it (as it's already been checked). This was the solution for some people: Any idea why the Select Report drop down is greyed out?
Related to the error message, i looked for printers installed on the server: no printers have been installed.
So the solution was rather easy: I installed PDF-Creator (watch out for search-bars, etc. which are included in the installation-routine, better choose "Custom installation") and it works fine.
