Printscreen when all session CAL's are already in use

Hello,

I need to write a document for the global help desk of my company. The idea is to give printscreens for the different scenario's that could occur (server down, CAL's problem,...)

I would like to know if somebody can give me a printscreen when all session CAL's are already in use. At the moment,I can't generate it

If you see also other scenarios that could appear, It might help

We have almost the same configuration.

Actually I need a printscreen of the accepoint when CAL's are not available.

Case: I have 1 session CAL and two users. A first user is "playing" with reports and a second user wants to open a report. Normally the session CAL is already booked by the first one and the second one needs to wait that the first one left..

I don't know what kind of message Qlikview accepoint display in that case. I would like to have a print screen of it.
