Problems accesing Qlikview due to out of Session cals

Hi All,

Please have a look at the attached error, Many users are having this error and do not have the option to see the reports.

Could you please help me.

I think it indicates that those users have no NamedCAL and no DocumentCAL assigned and there are also no SessionsCAL's available therefore their request to the application will be denied.

In my research i got to know that due to the recent upgradition , users may not be able to open the report.

To solve this issue temporarly ,we need to stop and restart the QV SERVICES.

My question is where to retstart the QVS.

Please this issue is critical.Could you please assist us in solving the issue as soon as possible.

You need to login on your server and there you could restart the services within the task-manager in the tab services.
