QVD Creation in QMC, System, Supporting Tasks

Hi all - In QMC, System, Supporting Tasks, I am attempting to utilize QVD Creation which looks fairly simple. However, my attempts have been unsuccessful. It is failing each time.  Any words of wisdom? I feel there is something small that I am missing. Thanks!

Hi Angela,

I'm fairly certain there was a bug about this in earlier versions of 11.20. Which version are you running in your environment?

I confirmed there was a bug (Bug ID 63463) regarding using Publisher supporting tasks to create a QVD in build version 11.20.11922 (SR2). Would suggest that you upgrade Server/Publisher to one of the latest builds 11.20 SR15 or 12.10 SR1, and test to see if there's an issue with QVD creation using Publisher supporting tasks.
