QVWS is currently not responding. Win 7

Hi community,

i have this problem (figure), web server is responding only on machine where web server is installed.

the machine is a dedicated only for qlikview, and users doesn't use it (for example Skype is not installed)

O.S. is Windows 7

i read other posts but i do not found a solve.

has someone already done this installation??

must i change qvws's port?? how can i do that???
