When trying to access a document one of our users get this error message.
"Failed to reach server: IP-...........
Switching to HTTP runneling
Connected to server OK, security settings denies access"
The same issue happens whether using IE or Firefox
Has anyone experienced this and know what it is caused by?
Hi, I had a similar issue with some of users that was getting this error, the server at the time was running SR4, I upgraded the server to SR5 which resolved the problem, links to the downloads should be under Support > Downloads
