QlikView QMC - An item with the same key has already been added

Hi,

Since  couple of days ago we are getting the following message every time we select some jobs in QMC:

Has anybody had the same issue, any advice?

Hi Karla,

Have you tried resending the Work Order in QMC > System > Setup > Distribution Services > QDS@ > Advanced tab? I have also resolved this issue by taking the below steps:

1) stopping the QDS service

2) renaming the current %ProgramData%\QlikTech\DistributionServices directory to something like DistributionServices.old

3) restarting the QDS service

Hello,

I tried the following suggestion on all publishers in a 12.10 SR8 cluster but it did not resolve the issue. As I am still seeing the message originally posted when I click on certain tasks.
