QlikView Web bug?

I am beginning to have problems with QlikView's Web distribution functions. Upon a recent reload of a large application, the web app shows many of the columns as zeroed out. However, if any selections are made, these columns reappear, full of data - even if the change is something as simple as, 'show four columns instead of three'.

When I went to the source application to try to solve the problem, I discovered that the source application was in fact working just fine, with all fields populated, which leads me to believe that the problem is with the web distribution service rather than with the application itself.

Has anyone else dealt with a similar problem?

I am using QlikView 11.

What CAL you are using ? . Sometimes there will be restrictions due to doc cals in accesspoint .

I think our CAL setup is a little bit uncommon - we have it so that up to X many users can be on the server at any one time. I'm not sure how that would impact the document's initial appearance on just one table, though - nor does it really explain why when even a global variable is changed the table suddenly becomes once again accessible.
