Qlikview - Failed To Open Unknown Reason 128

I have some Qlikview documents that work and still work with Qlikview 11 but fail to open using Qlikview 12.  I get the Failed To Open Unknown Reason 128.  Is there anything outside of re-installing Qlikview 11 that could be done to access these Qlik Apps?  Does anyone know reasons why an App from Qlikview 11 would not work with Qlikview 12.  Please let me know, if there is anything that could be done to access my files.  Attached is a screenshot of the error received.

There might be not enough resources to open the application - just repeat it and take a look on the task-manager what happens.
