Qlikview Server with IPv6 issue

Hi,

I'm trying to install Qlikview 11 server in a windows 7 (32bit and 64bit)system which is IPv6 enabled and there is no internet connection available. The installation completed successfully. After that I restarted the my system and checked for all the services. All the services started successfully. But when I open the management console, The status says QVS is down. I'm not able to apply the license also as all the fields the page seem to be disabled.

Any idea what the issue could be and the possible solution?

PS: I'm adding this as a separate thread because I could not find any that linked IPv6 and QlikView Server service.

Hi,

Got the issue. The machine name had a hyphen in it. After the machine name was changed without containing hyphen, all services were shown as running in the management console.
