Qlikview server November 2017 in Ajax send to excel

When I upgrade from Qlikview server 11 to November 2017 , find some issue when export to excel in Ajax mode.

right click and not show the menu "send to excel", when I click the icon from the right up and no action on client.

The Qlikview server 11 export to excel is good.

Check this.

QlikView November 2017 Service Release 3 now available

If possible upgrade to SR3.

If its already SR3 then raise a support ticket with Qlik.
