SR13 ERROR-

Hi,

We are going to upgrade QV SR 10 to SR13.

I know whe have to follow the below steps-

1. Server upgarde to SR13

2. Client Upgrade

3. Plugin Upgrade

Till now we have upgrdaed the following but not the server. We received the below error while opening reports from the access point(Not full browser mode)

1. Client

2. Plugin

Please need suggestion if anyone face this kind of problem.

I suggest you make your upgrade undone then it's not recommended to mix up the releases.

The normal sequence would be to upgrade the server, then the clients. It's likely your problem will go away once you update the server.

Access point opening successfully but getting the error after that.
