One of the user is not able to access AccessPoint? What could be the reason if a particular user is facing this issue..
Actually there was some issue in PROD before few days due to that AccessPoint was down however later all the users were able to access it except one.
Might be the firwall connection is not open for the user. If it the case then you need to open the firwall from both the end.
The user is able to open the link but documents which are distributed or have an access are not visible..
Any suggestion for this..
What kind of Security you are using (DMS or NTFS)?
Is the user correctly identified on the AccessPoint next to "Logged in as:"?
I have seen similar results when a user's password expires part way through the session, but not when it spans multiple days.
Make sure that the user is having proper right to see that application.
In case of NTFS you will check the setting at below location.
Go to physical location of file.
Right click on file(Report), go to security and add user name here.
and after half hour around ask user to login and check.
I am not sure how many reports are distributed to the user. If there are say more than 6 or 7 reports in that case this idea will not help..
User don't need to provide id or password for accessign accesspoint.
