Unable to access QEMC and QMC from the server

Hi All,

I am unable to access qemc and qmc from the server. All the services related to qlikview are already running.

I have also tried replacing "localhost" with server name and server IP.

"http://www.localhost.com:4780/qmc/default.htm" gives Error: Server not found

"http://servername:4780/qmc/default.htm" gives Error: Connection Timed out

"http://server-ip:4780/qemc/Default.htm" gives Error: The connection was reset

Hi,

Make sure you have valid License.

Did you try to open the same in server locally?

Do you have any firewall open, If yes try by disabling it?

Hi,

Try to restart all your  qlikview services from services.msc (services window) it might helps you.

You can check your windows firewall or other firewall is not blocking connections to port 4780?

Hi,

have a look at QlikView Event logs and see what does it say.

You can find the same here.

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer
