Unable to filter data

Hi,

The issue is- there is say XYZ.qvw and 5 users have access to this report. 4 users can access it and they can use filter and view the reports. Only 1 user has problem while filtering data.

What could be the reason??

QV version- QV11.2 SR5, browser- chrome- Version 43.0.2357.81 m  Security type- NTFS

No, that could not be the reason. Everyone is using same server and same type of CAL.

The user is unable to filter and view the data.

Meaning that your user cannot open the document? Or that the document freezes after opening? Or that the document appears to be read-only and no object will react to clicks or selections? Or that your user can select all values he/she wants, but charts seem to be immune to all selections?

User is facing in viewing the dashboard from Google Chrome. He is not able to click on the filters and make QV work for him which is working fine for other users. He also told us that he has the latest Chrome installed on the system, which we have on our machines as well.

So you think it can't be the client? Ok.

Are you using data reduction in this document? Is this a very large document, where selections may take some time to produce the expected outcome in other objects?

Hi,

does your document have SECTION ACCESS restrictions?

May be ajax issue. Convey user to use another browser like ie.
