I've setup alters email section/mail server on Test and working but same setting didn't work on Prod box. I tried send test e-mail to and working without errors.
Are the email addresses at QMC > System > Setup > Distribution Services > Alert E-mail and if there are more than one address, separated by ";"?
Yes, That's the place where I've all email addresses and separated by semicolon ";"
check the mail server in prod
Try with only one email address. If the Test Email works, the settings are the same for all. Maybe the email is arriving to the "Spam" folder or otherwise filtered by your client or server rules?
