Web Server not list all reports of multiple servers

Hi everyone,

We have two QlikView Servers and our users access QV reports via a web server. Normally, the web server showed all reports of both servers. But today it shows only one server's reports. I have to figure out to make the web server list all reports of two servers again. How can I do that? I'm new at the job, so I have no clue how they did before.

Can you share some more details? Do you use IIS or QlikView WebServer?

QV WebServer. Actually, a college helped me. Just needed to add a tunnel to AccessPoint/Server Connections. Here is the screenshot:
