Hi,
I'm facing an issue since we have to change our server location.
Previously, we put in place a SSO connection from a portal and display Qlikview's document in a frame.
it worked fine.
But now, the news servers has to be reachable only with https protocol.
When the portal's page try to get a ticket from Qlikview server, it sent the query : https://server/QvAjaxZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx
and get the answer back : java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused.
What should be done to allow to get a ticket with https request ?
Thanks
Regards
Florent
The only thing of which I can think is your 'server' in your https URL is not the correct FQN that matches the SSL certificate, which is going to result in an Authentication/Authorization error, which you will not likely see, so be sure that is correct, as I would expect that should work in that case. You can try to paste that URL into a browser and see if you get any prompts etc., as if you do, that is going to be a problem, things need to resolve without any issues for things to work properly.
Regards,
Brett
