Windows patching

There is an on going issue with my client

We had performed windows patching on the server which happens to be our QlikView UAT server and after when windows patching was completed I tried to open Qlikview application but it showed the following error.

"QlikView was unable to acquire valid license information for your license key. Please contact QlikView support for assistance."

I then entered the Developer license key but it proved no success.

Request you to please help me out!!

I have not seen this error before. I would contact support and have them take a look.
