iPad app - "no authorised Documents found" but via Safari / firefox all Documents available an accessible

Hi hav_dascus/ gainkarthi‌,

I have the exact same issue - I am able to open my documents in Safari browser but not in the Qlikview App.

Version of Qlikview iOS App is 2.1.3 and iOS version is 8.4.1.

I have changed the authentication method to 'Always' but still dont see the documents in the list. Errors i get is 'Error – Error downloading the document list’ and on the left i see ‘Signed in as : (null)’ along with a ‘Sign out’ button.

Could you please help with possible resolution for this?

Guess you have IIS layer. Please enable anonymous authentication in the virtual directory.

That should fix the issue.

Thanks for your response. Can you please tell me how and where to check

this virtual folder?

Also I have been told it's web server and not iis. Where do I check this?

If it's just webserver it's not possible to check.
