inpossible delete user CAL from list

There is same user written In management console NamedCAL list twice: first "DOMAIN\User" and second "DOMAIN\USER" (in capital letters).

When deleting "DOMAIN\User" the deletion note stands behind user record with capital leters in name(DOMAIN\USER).

How to delete record of user with little letters of name ?

Thanks

Hi

Refer to answers from Stephen and Oleg.

Reason of that situation may be:

In the Identify by group you decide whether named users should be
identified via identified User Name or via Machine Name (actually
machine name + MAC address). It is possible to change this setting
at any time but it is strongly recommended to use one mode consistently
with a given QlikView Server. If changed during operation,
the same user can take up two CALs, one based on user name and
one on machine name.

Good luck

Hi Hugo,

I have seen this before. As I recall, we had to get a patch from QlikTech Support that would clear out the proper case entries (all entries should be in capitals).

Talk to your support provider.

Yes, it's a known problem, and there is a fairly easy solution to it, involving a Registry setting that needs to be changed. QlikTech support can provide the detailed instructions.
