insufficient quota

Good day,

From time to time encounter the fllwg error-message when refreshing an application:

quote

Error: Cannot open file '\\qvrodedeham01\qv-data\Main_Tables\FLS\BookingLeg_2011.qvd' Insufficient quota to complete the requested service.

unquote

Does someone knows, what quota is not sufficient?

edit: x64-server, QV10 SR3

Problem seem to have disappeared with a more frequent restarting of the QVS-application, and might be linked to thread

I have seen these before and in my cases the CPU was pegged for too long.

Hi all,

probably this is a phisical memory problem. Maybe the machine was too busy.

I hope this helps,

Massimiliano

As this question was asked three years ago, I assume that the OP has fixed their issue.

Hi,

not sure on the link (pretty old ..), but think that is was a recommendation to restart the QV-services at regular interval.

Actually we do a restart of the QV-services each day (at midnight), in order to release max available memory.
