qvpx: Exception while handling request - What is this ?

Hi,

Hope someone can help, I have one user who is receiving the above error when he tries to open a specific document through the Access Point. Everyone else can open the document and he can open every other document. Can anyone suggest a reason or solution for this I am totally running out of ideas now.

Im getting sometimes this error in QV 12.1 have you found solution?
