v11 Upgrade issues


Has anyone had upgrade from v9 to v11 issues like the following

1. Some QVW's failed to open in Developer

     - I tried to use the trick with creating dummy file, then opening it. removing and renaming the original file back. but the document won't open. even without data

2. The QVS service in the console shows Off Duty

     - I shutdown the old server, start the server service on the new one and it works fine. Bring up the old server as well and new evaluation server goes off duty.

     - I cleared the licnese from the new eval server, reapplied the new eval license and the server service is still OFF DUTY.

any thoguhts?

You can't have two servers running with a single license. If you're using different licenses please make sure both servers are not sharing the root folder as they will assume they are working on a cluster.

Also, please check the log files for more information.
