2 Different paths in Open Documents?

Hi All,

Could anyone tell me why and how I am getting this WEIRD behaviour? The problem is all the Active Applications are opened in a correct path, but one specific App is opened 2 times: One with correct path and one with unwanted path.

I have checked thoroughly the Access Point path mounted in QMC, but still can't figure it out.

Refere the image below. The highlighted ARROW shows the wrong one, while the top highlighted is correct.

When this happens, what do you see on the 'Documents and Users' tab?

I presume that only certain users are triggering this scenario, so identifying them might be a initial step.
