Hi All,

I have given access to users(6) on One dashboard. However Two of Them could not get access.

There is no section access, just i given manually at distribution tab.

Please help me on this.

Hi,

if two ids are coming when you search id in distribution list, include both of them.

Hi,

As per you description you use publisher to distribute documents. isn't it?

Publisher security is most secure.

All you have to do is make sure you use proper user while distributing.

2 of 6 users not getting access, its really wondering what was happening.

Do the users have Active Directory permissions on the folders and documents in question?

If you place another placeholder QVW in the same location does that appear?

Can you explain more " 2 of 6 users not getting access", so that means they can see the document, but it prompts a error, so what error do they see? or they cannot see at all the document on accesspoint?
