Applications are not displayed when using sso

SSO is successful with webticketing and able to see the accesspoint with passed username. But i dont see any documents authorized to him.

Please help.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for the reply. I figured out the issue.

When i give username with out domain name it's not giving me the document.

But giving along with the domain name i am getting the documents listed.

Are you in DMS mode? Do you have documents assigned to him there?

Yes I am in DMS Mode only and documents are assigned to the user.

If you are using headers you can try adding that your domain prefix in the "prefix" area. See the below:

Bill,

Web ticketing is working perfectly.

But when i use my id alone say "215003" it's giving my name but not files listed. But when i user id with domain name (Domainname\215003), it get all my authorized files listed.

What is cause?

Header method is working fine with Fiddler . Do you have example (.net, java or html ) pages to test this?.
