Connection with server terminated error

We have one particular user who is accessing one of our documents through the Java client of AccessPoint who keeps getting an error saying "Error!: Connection with server terminated. Refresh page or reopen document to reconnect."

All other users that access the document in the same way are working fine.

Has anyone ever come across this before?

Does he get this message on opening the document or some time thereafter? Running the latest version of JRE? Connecting wirelessly or through a wire? Check the server session logs for more clues...
