Customizing the E-mail content for PDF generation

Hi All,

When we generate the PDF via publisher, the PDF will be send to the recipient with the below message.

"Your document "xyx.pdf" has been distributed by QlikView Publisher. The document is attached to this message.

Time: 11/06/2014 15:14:58"

Is there any option to customize this email message?

Yes

Open the QMC -> System -> Setup -> Distribution Service

Open the E-mail templates Tab

I belive this will be applicable to all Jobs we are running.

Is there any option to customize for each job seperately.

As far as I know this isn't possible. There are a few variables but these are not adequate to support your request.

When you're at the Email Templates tab, click on the Help (upper right corner)
