DMS or NTFS

Hello,

We are about to upgrade from 8.5 Server and Publisher to 9.0 SR4.

We are currently handling multiple domains through Active Directory. My question is, which route should we take for authentication mode?

In the NTFS option recognize multiple LDAP domains? If not, I would like to know the steps for implementing this through DMS.

Yes, NTFS mode works with multiple domains. You configure one separate entities for each domain under the Directory Service Connector.

Note that you will need to have trust of some kind between the domain the QVS server is in, and the one to resolve/connect against.

So, is it safe to say that since the trust has already been established between the server domain and the other domains for 8.5, it should continue to work after the upgrade?
