Disable right-click in IE plugin completely

Hi all,

I browsed several Discussions but I couldn't find the work-arounds on disabling the right-click in IE plugin completely.  There are solutions only to disable the adding objects with  the IE plugin.  The  requirement is to disable right-click completely. 

Please help!
