Distribution Failed

Hi All,

I have provided access to one of the user on dashboard, however he is unable to see at accesspoint.

I have provided access by manual. (QMC-- Task -- click edit on task -- distribution tab -- Manual)

Same working for me.

In QMC, did you reload your document after adding the new user to the distribution list?

Is there any other security on the document, do you have section access on it? If so is he a part of that?
