Document mount does not exist

I add document mount in the QMC,error:

It looks like you're trying to add a mounted folder, but the share \\192.168.6.54\56 does not seem to exist. Or your Qlikview server isn't allowed to access it. Check that server 192.168.6.54 exist and that a share with the name 56 is defined on that server.

From the red dot you see within the QMC when you tried to add the mount, you can see that it fails to "find" the mount.

Please verify the unc path to the folder, for example copy paste the path from Windows Explorer

I have sometimes seen it take as long as 10 minutes to update to the service, the new folder created-mounted. Have you started/stopped the service? Restarted the machine? Few ideas...

Did you just type in the path are did you browse to it?
