Email distribution using mail adresses from data within file

Hello All,

is it (and how is it) possible to use the email distribution to send emails to email adresses contained within the reports data?

Furthermore does this also work if these users are not necessarily included in the active directory?

Right now I can only add users to the distribution list manually and only if they can be found within the active directory.

We have solved this issue.

One possibility is to create a customer group on the qvmc and add users to this group.

Another possibility is to create an odbc connection on the qvmc and get the information from the database (not tested yet)

Ho to create customer group to send email beside active directory method. I am trying to send report out but does not have exchange server installed. Hence I need a method of either entering email manually or via another method ie Add custom group.
