Hi Community,

I' am getting the following error since yesterday. The Base extraction application fails and so the subsiquent applications reload also doesn't take place.

QlikView service is running fine and the users are able to access their QV apps but since reload failed of the extraction app, they are not able to view the updated reports.

I get the following error:

Latest log message: Batch Documents/ABC GET DEF - FULL Extract.qvw

The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully. DocumentPath=\\INT.ABC.NET\CORPDATA\QLIKVIEWPROD\ABC DOCUMENTS\BATCH DOCUMENTS\ABC GET DEF - FULL Extract.qvw.

Reload failed.

Reload failed. Distribution skipped.

The task "Batch Documents/ABC GET DEF - FULL Extract.qvw" failed. ErrorCount=3

Please help!

Hiii Gaurav,

This is because of the script error. Better generate the Log file and check.

m also geting the same error.

check the script for the "Drop table" statement.

Thanks for your revert.. Can there any other error also..It's because I don't think so that any changes were done in the scripting part. A part of the script also contains the incremental load and I feel that is creating problem as the script execution fails at the point it reaches the incremental load script scenario

you can check the script error by generating log file.

go to "Document Properties"=> tick  "Generate log"...

then run the script..

log file will generate  in the same folder of your qvw file.

check logs......

this is the simplest way to check the script error...

Continuing with the issue I' am facing since the past few days can Someone help me with it..

the extraction application fails the moment it reaches the incremental load part.. I tried rreloading the backup of that extraction app but thats also failing. So what I feel that there is some other problem which I' am not able to pick.

Again to mention that QMC is working fine. I still get the following error:

Adding more to my queries: there is no licensed version of QlikView installed on the production..reloading of Apps takes place via QMC schedular. So any how I can't open any QV on the production server beacuse only a trial or two is remaining.

I'am not able to make out why this extraction application is failing

I request community to help me resolve the issue

Hi,

     If you have used the IF statement then make sure that you have ended with END IF

     and also if you have uses for loop then make sure it is ended with NEXT.

Hi Kaushik,

We haven't performed any activity on that application and it was running fine for the past 2 yrs.

I' am not able to goto the root cause. It is failing at the point where incremental scipt is written.
