You may play around document security. Go to Settings -> Document Properties -> Security tab

I did not. i am using one of the extension that hides some options in the tool bar.. like Notes, reports, menu, etc...

using Document Extension Solution to hide buttons on the AJAX toolbar...and anything else

but when i use this extension it is showing up that "Copy" option in properties window.
