How to configure DMS authorization - Qlik Community

I would like to know what is needed to configure DMS authorization on the qlikview server?
In the QEMC I enabled DMS authorization. What other settings must be done?

My QV server runs under my Administrator user. When I log into the AccessPoint I can see that user.

I have a QV application with section access. I placed my QV app on the server and in the QEMC I entered the Administrator user to be authorized. Now I can see my QV app in the AccessPoint, when I click it it asks for user credentials. When I enter my user credentials it does not login but the login box appears again.

Any ideas welcome!

how does your section access look? is it ntname or username/password?

what client are you using to open the document?

I've got it working.

The problem was a lowercase problem. Not all the users I fetched from the db where in uppercase so I added the Upper() function. Now my users can login.

Did you setup a user access table in QV? can i see your structure?

and may be some screenshot from QEMC?

Hi, How you got it working?? Are you using Ntname?? I'm trying to change from ntfs yo dms but i have this problem with the section access.

If you check DMS Authorization in QlikView Management Console, inside "User Documents" appears the sheet "Authorization". In this place you can allow users to access to documents, one by one.
