I need to add an existing "Distribution Services" to a new QMC

I have an existing QV set-up that includes a stand alone Publisher (i.e. not even QMC was installed on the server)

I am adding a new staging server and did a FULL install.

QMC on this new server does not give me the option to add the existing "Distribution Service".

How can I add the old Publisher?
