Install Qlikview Version 9SR5

Please, i will install Qliview version 9SR5 on a new machine (Server 2003).

Please, what is the step and configuration to install QV?

First of all I would like to ask you some basic questions so that I can help you out

1)What is the purpose of this instillation?

2)Is it for the first time you are installing or doing upgrade from previous one?

3)if you Installing for the first time then always try the latest version it will be with lots of bug fixes...

The purpose of this installation is the migre the QV to athors machine and countrie.

For me is the first install the QV,i already develop with this version.

Hi Jeremey,

You can install latest version at any time.

As its your first time instillation not an upgrade of qlikview server.

I would suggest you to install Qlikview V 10 sr3.

If you develop application with V 9 sr5. It will be compataible with V10 sr3.

Hi,

Its simple instillation, you don't have to do much configuration. Only you have to enter username and password of local pc or domain account.

Overall its very simple instillation. wherein you have to click next, next, ----- finish.
