I'm trying to make a Qliview Application available to certain "Job Familys" within the company. The Distrubute Tab -->Loop Field in Document, looks like this:
- Field containing recipient information: Employee Email
- Check user identity on: Email Address
- Destination Target Type is QlikView sever
This approach seems to only work with a limited dataset, i.e. only x number of email addresses. When I tried this for ~2000 the loop field in document failed and none of the employees were able to see the app however when I narrowed it down to all employee in a particular state in the US, it worked fine.
Does one know if there is a limit to how many users QlikView application can be distrbuted to? Alternatively, do you have another approach that may have worked for you/your enterprise?
